This isn't really a tutorial. It's more of a challenge to go out and paint a portrait with colours and lighting that you perhaps haven't thought about using before
It's good practise and a lot of fun, and perhaps you might just create a masterpiece!
♦♦ This basically walks you through how to quickly set up a nice, interesting colour-base or 'underpainting' to begin painting over. ♦♦
The key part of this little process is choosing a bright, interesting colour to start with. Try something saturated, you'll end up with a more vivid and eye-catching result.
Anyway, enjoy ♥ I use photoshop, but this is not limited only to ps! ^^
